Steve Kim is a partner in AGDG and a partner and General Counsel of Augustus Global, LLC.
Mr. Kim is an international attorney with 25 years of executive-level private and government experience, including serving in senior leadership as general counsel for several international companies where he led legal, regulatory, and international government relations and global business development activities.
Previously, Steve was a partner in a boutique international law firm where he advised domestic and international companies on regulatory and government policies, international trade, financing, and general corporate issues. Prior to his work in the private sector, Kim served in a multitude of roles in the public sector.
Mr. Kim served in appointed roles for two former Illinois governors ranging from special assistant to commissioner focused on international trade and commerce, human rights, community affairs, the IL Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). He also served as Vice President of Government and Public Affairs at Time Warner Cable.
Steve graduated from Loyola University School of Law.
